"I needed to save money on my auto insurance and had the most wonderful experience with Jenelle at State Farm! She was so positive and personable on our initial voicemail and gave me such an excellent quote that I didn’t even look at another company. Not only am I saving $60/month on my premiums, but I have increased my Personal Injury from $15K to $100K and lowered my Collision deductible from $500 to $250, and my deductible for Comprehensive went from $500 to $0! What a difference! I now have someone I can call with questions if needed, and who will work with me personally at renewal time to make sure my coverages and premium are optimal. I didn’t have that kind of personal service from The Hartford, and I really value this. Turns out my brother has had State Farm for decades for his home, vehicles, umbrella policy, etc. and he has been very happy with them. I know I will be too!"

"If you’re looking for home or auto insurance then you need to call Bruno’s office and ask for Jenelle, immediately. Now I’m not saying she can work miracles for everyone, but in 10 minutes she was able to save me 30% off my previous home and auto insurance. Do yourself a favor and at least call for a quote."

"This company was my auto insurance provider for several years. Seemed to be very honest and trustworthy. Until suddenly after the war in Ukraine started. They started raining my rates each month, until I noticed the increase and called to ask why. I was told that because it was taking more time for automobile body shops to make repairs on vehicles that were insured by their organization. That it was the cause for my increase. Which made absolutely zero sense at all. Because I hadn't had any accident recently or filed any claim, and my vehicle wasn't in the auto body shop getting repairs. So I asked, what does that have anything to do with me personally and my rates hikes, every single month that I received a new bill? They couldn't give me a straight answer and just pretty much said. To bad, you're just going to have to accept the answer that I gave you and I just hung up the phone. So after just paying the new increased bill that month which was a thirty four dollar increase. The next month I received an even bigger bill with a gift four dollar increase. So I called, spoke to Janell. She gave me a somewhat reasonable explanation that could possibly be the reason for the increase. But told me that I only had to pay a certain amount which was the previous bills amount that was fifty four dollars less then the current bill. But when I called the automated system and tried paying my bill over the phone. It was the current billing with the large increase and not what I was told by her. So when I said that she had told me one price and that they were now trying to charge me this new increased price. She sent me an email denying that was what she had told me. So after being lied to on many different occasions and the constant hike in my rates constantly. I finally got fed up and sent them an email about how they were being dishonest and their word was meaningless and that a man or business is only as good as it's word and if it's word was no good than they were no good. I learned this from my father when I was about 6 years old and have found out throughout my life. That he's absolutely 100% right. I won't do business with any one or any businesses who's word is absolutely meaningless. So I cancelled my policy and went elsewhere. I will never do business with them or State Farm ever again on this lifetime. I don't make the truth, I just speak it, that's all."

"Switched from USAA to State Farm, and the process was absolutely seamless. I had the pleasure of working with Ilya who was efficient, professional, and so kind throughout the process. He was able to offer me numerous discounts and worked to get me the best deal he could. Super grateful for such a pleasant experience, I should have switched sooner! ***I am coming back to edit this, it’s been about 3 weeks*** After getting me this great new deal on insurance and being extremely pushy about me leaving a good review, I paid my first monthly bill and afterwards was informed that their underwriters “have to change some stuff” and they now want to completely change my premium and are expecting a ridiculous amount of money from me!? Why this wasn’t discussed or established from the beginning is confusing, shocking and beyond frustrating. It is shady as hell to do this to someone, be weirdly pushy about them leaving a good review and then pull a 180 on them 3 weeks later. As a mother of 2 young children who works full time in the demanding field of community mental health, I do not have the time or energy for this kind of stress and inconvenience. I’d shop elsewhere."
